We found the need to make changes to our shipping policy, which will unfortunately prevent us from offering the lowest cost of shipping that we have been able to offer in 2009 and prior years.
Effective as of Jan 1st 2010, please note the following changes:
1. Domestic shipping customers:
a. All domestic orders valued @ $250.00 or more will require signature upon delivery. This means that if you select the low cost shipping option in the checkout process and the value of goods with shipping cost exceeds $250.00, you will have to sign for the merchandise (No exceptions)
b. We will no longer ship to a Non-billing address for any orders valued @ $250.00 or more. During credit card processing we will verify correct shipping and billing addresses through AVS (Address verification services). Should these NOT match, you will be contacted prior to shipment to update address or provide alternate payment
2. International shipping customers:
a. All international orders valued @ $250.00 or more will require signature upon delivery.
b. We no longer offer USPS (United States Postal Service) shipping for ANY packages valued @ $250.00 or more. FedEx and UPS International Shipping are the only two options we now provide. Should you select a low cost shipping service to an international shipping destination and the order exceeds $250.00, you will be contacted via email or telephone prior to dispatch with the updated shipping costs via one of the two carriers.
For customers that would like to have parts shipped to an alternate address, yet pay for them, we now offer the following payment options:

Domestic Shipping, via United States Postal Service USPS
Policy updates effective March 3rd 2008
When choosing USPS as your preferred shipping method, only select Media/Library service if the product you are purchasing is one of the following as determined by the USPS terms and conditions.
Media MailŪ service is a cost efficient way to mail books, sound recordings, recorded video tapes, printed music, and recorded computer-readable media (such as CDs, DVDs, and diskettes). Media Mail can not contain advertising except for incidental announcements of books. The maximum weight for Media Mail is 70 lbs.
There are presorted rates available for bulk quantities of Media Mail (minimum quantity is 300 pieces)
A barcode discount is available for Media Mail.
Rates are based on weight and size
Any orders selected using this shipping method that do not contain the above in its entirety, will be shipped via US Priority mail & charged additional shipping fees as outlined in our shipping calculator during the checkout

This option can only be selected when the product being purchased has a combined weight in excess of 150 lbs, all customer orders selected with this method will be contacted by one of our staff member with a rate quote prior to order processing.
International Shipping Exceptions
Foreign customer status is applied to anyone outside the U.S., Canada, or U.S. Territories. You can place your orders online, or call us directly at 813-264-6368. If we have your e-mail address on file, an order confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail after the order is placed. Foreign, or international, shipments are assessed a $23.95 handling fee per order regardless of size unless the order has a domestic shipping destination; in which case the handling fee will be $10.95. All orders must be pre-paid and actual shipping rates will be charged. Depending upon your location and size of the order, different shipping methods are available. Ask your salesperson for available options or fax us a shipping quote request with all your parts and shipping address for an estimate. Foreign customers should also be aware that if several items are ordered and one is on backorder, the whole order will be placed on a "Full Order Hold" until the backordered item arrives. We do this in order to save the customer two separate shipping charges. If you wish to have the available items shipped and are willing to pay the separate charges, simply specify at the time you place your order and we can accommodate your request. Hazardous materials cannot be shipped to foreign customers at this time. All items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. Customs duties and taxes are assessed, generally, if the merchandise is dutiable and the value of the item is above the threshold set by the country's laws. These charges are normally due at the time of delivery; they are separate from the actual shipping charges processed by White Racing Products LLC. Invoice must reflect actual product prices for parts shipped.

Air Freight shipping is similar to truck freight in that it is reserved for oversized items and larger volume orders. Orders are shipped to the nearest international airport where the customer is responsible for paying all duty, tax, brokerage, etc. DHL also offers a door-to-door Air Freight service. How does Surface Freight shipping work?
Answer:
Surface Freight (Oceanic shipping) is similar to Air freight in that it is reserved for oversized items and larger volume orders, with a few major differences over air. The most noticeable difference been cost, Surface freight is generally 30% lower than that of air, we suggest using surface shipping large international packages when time isn't a priority. Surface freight to continental Europe takes anywhere from 8-10 weeks & 12-14 weeks to the Pacific & Asian countries. Orders are shipped to the nearest international airport where the customer is responsible for paying all duty, tax, brokerage, etc. DHL also offers a door-to-door Air Freight service. Is there a weight limit restriction in place?
Answer:
No, we can ship any item, any weight to any location via Surface Freight (Oceanic shipping) or Air freight. Once your order has been selected and the weights determined, we will then contact our freight forwarders and advise you of shipping costs, packaging fees and any other duties or taxes applicable and a delivery time frame. Generally we used Roadway Express for any package over 150lbs. All other weights below will go the most economical way possible.
